EMFM - 0077 (Prototype)

This flow meter matches with the standard of flow   meters now available in the market.It measures the  flow rate   in literes/sec format. It provides data in foot per second also.A calibrated flow prediction is displayed on the meter while not in zero flow condition.This value is made rewritable and stays non volatile even in power OFF condition.A computer interface is also available.A unique feature which  resets the totalizer  to       zero using a password is also avaliable.                         

   

EMFM - 4513 (Startup GUI)

This flow meter matches with international standards.It measures the  flow rate   in literes/sec format. It provides data in foot per second also.The software features online totalizer and a flow scaler that enables the same software to be configured for different pipe diameter.A computer interface  (RS232) is also available.A unique feature which  resets the totalizer to zero using a password is also avaliable.  If   USB output is required a RS232 to USB convertor has to be bought  from  electronics store.   

EMFM - 4513 (Prototype)

This flow meter is  working without calibration.It has mainly twelve pages in the display.In that four  pages are user configurable.Rest of the  eight pages are factory setted.It measures the  flow rate   in literes/sec format. It provides data in foot per second also.A password resetable totalizer page is the third one.The fourth one is the "Form Factor" which can  be configured for different pipe diameters by keyboard entry.A computer interface  (RS232) is also available.   

FMS - 84 on Google Map.

This project functionality such as plotting on to google map by the sending latitude and longitude over the GPRS is tested here. The project helps  a user   to  log on to the website and track the movement of vehicles.The controller used in the project is in the ATMEL series.The  project can be used to track the movement of  a Fleet of cars or any other type of vehicles.Hence the name FLEET MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (FMS-84).

FMS - 84 (Prototype)

This project mainly consist of a GPS part and a GSM module.The video is mainly meant to show  the GSM capability. The project helps  a user   to  log on to the website and track the movement of vehicles.The controller used in the project is in the ATMEL series.The  project can be used  to track the movement of  a Fleet of cars or any other type of vehicles. Hence the name FLEET MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (FMS-84).

Download the driver app (Driver App.apk) form the link below.It provides a visual interface with any android phone. Other than this all the fileds can be changed by a web application  written in php.Follow the steps in TRAQ-007 page.


Intelligent CAR A/C (Students Project)

This project mainly consist of a Microcontroller with Display and EEPROM interface.The video is mainly meant to show  the working of the developed prototype. Sensor used is a 12 bit water proof one wire type. The project helps  a car driver to automatically control the temperature inside a car to a set value written in EEPROM. This is configurable by four push button switches.The controller used in the project is from the ATMEL series.

BUS DRL Flasher (Commercial Project)

This project mainly consist of an eight bit microcontroller with relay and mosfet interface.The video is mainly meant to show  the working of the developed prototype. The delay and the format of blinking can be controlled by the software. The software is developed in KEIL.The controller used in the project is from the ATMEL series.Maximum number of DRL lights which can be connected is twenty four.

This project mainly consist of a Microcontroller with Display and EEPROM interface.This project provides an automated charging which depends on the time given.The time can be set using the four switches. The selected time will be written on to the EEPROM. The controller used in the project is from the ATMEL series.

This project mainly consist of an ARM Cortex (32 bit Microcontroller) with touch screen display and over voltage protection.This project is mainly intended to use in Industrial applications ie. for measuring water flow from an effulent treatment plant after recycling process.This video shows the calibration facility only.

This project is in the final phase and will be coming to production say after 6 months.This project is mainly intended to use in Industrial applications ie. for measuring water flow from an effulent treatment plant after recycling process.This video shows the assembling of the PCB with required miscellaneous components in a 3D printed prototype box. 

Water Level Controller with Selectable Setting Range with DDM (Domestic/Commercial Usage)

This project works on an 8-bit microcontroller.It is equipped with Dual Display Mode (DDM). An Analog LED Display (ALD) & a Bar Code Display (BCD - Digital).It has six levels which are sensed by the driver IC and on digital conversion it is displayed by the microcontroller as a bar code. Depending upon the set value (shown as "Water Set"), if the current flow (shown as "Water Now") is within the slab (see the video starting 30 sec carefully) or less than the slab value, the motor turns ON.When the level reaches the top (100%), the motor turns OFF.

(Commercial Usage)

It basically consist of an 8-bit microcontroller with a display and an EEPROM interface.There are two switches connected to it, one is for adding the collection of the day, second is for viewing the collection of the day.If both pressed on POWER ON will reset the collection to zero (ie. it can be used while starting up a day).

AutoTAXI with ON board Programmer (Commercial Usage)

It is basically developed for ON board programming for AutoTAXI main board.Along with the working prototype of the programmer a windows compatible software also comes with in the DVD. This can be used to burn the new hex file which gets generated after compilation, when there is a change in the tariff rate without removing the IC. 

Automated GATE Opener ( Residential / Commercial Usage)

It works on an 8-bit microcontroller.When the transmitter and receiver are in range an Yellow LED glows on the receiver board. Upon closing of the GATE a Green LED gets ON after it receives a button press from the RF transmitter.So also for opening the GATE a RED led glows after a command is received from RF transmitter. After the mechanical installation of the GATE at the site, for calibration an yellow coloured button on the receiver on combination with an OPEN or CLOSE button on the transmitter have to be pressed. This value is stored in the memory to enable the motor to turn ON  or OFF with the delay.

Tablet based CRO

( Engineering Project )

The project mainly works on a 8-bit microcontroller. The CRO is based on an android app which works on a 7 inch Tablet as well as on the Windows based PC. It can detect both analog and digital signals and is configured for two channels.Calibration is available for a clock signal as well as a +5V supply. Timebase can be varied and mostly it detects the timebase automatically.The power supply is on a usual USB charger and while not in use it is required to get it charged full.

Artificial Intelligence based Electronic EYE

(Students Project)

This project was mainly developed for students. The project mainly works on a 8-bit microcontroller. Sensor used is a camera with a few LED array and it can basically detect three colours. Whenever a coloured ball is kept in front of the camera, the microcontroller will detect the colour and display it as text on the 8- bit display.
